How to Share WordPress Site Health Information with ReadySpace Support

Purpose

This guide explains how to use WordPress Site Health and WP Toolkit to gather diagnostic information from your WordPress installation. Our support team relies on these reports to analyze potential hosting or server-level issues without logging into your WordPress dashboard.

Who Should Use This Guide

Clients who are hosting WordPress websites on ReadySpace WebSpace and need to provide diagnostic details to support when troubleshooting performance, plugin, or configuration issues.

Support Scope for WordPress

ReadySpace provides hosting-level support for WordPress, which includes:

  • Server environment management (PHP versions, Redis, LSCache, SSL, DNS)
  • WP Toolkit usage inside cPanel (install, clone, update, security hardening)
  • Guidance using WordPress Site Health reports for issue identification

We do not log into WordPress admin dashboards or directly troubleshoot plugin/theme issues. Instead, we guide you based on the information provided through WP Toolkit and Site Health.

Prerequisites

  • Access to your WordPress admin dashboard
  • Access to ReadySpace cPanel (with WP Toolkit enabled)
  • Ability to download and send files via email/ticket

  1. Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard (e.g., https://your-domain.com/wp-admin).
